Sales Operations Administrator

Job Title
Experience in Direct Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Operations. Understanding of sales process. Previous experience with Sales CRM. Ability to Multi-Task. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Self-Motivated and Detail Oriented, Experience with sales software. Experience in the Financial Industry.
Main Purpose
Support the day to day operation of the sales Americas organization
Essential Functions
Sales logistics demos, meeting, travel scheduling and coordination RFP response, coordination, packaging, and delivery Sales CRM Administrator SalesForce.com Collection and collation of sales forecasts Collection and collation of client statistics, references, etc. Coordination between sales and other departments (implementation/client relations/product) Preparation of estimated implementation resource requirements Miscellaneous tasks as required
