Sales Operations Administrator

Job Title
Experience in Direct Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Operations. Understanding of sales process. Previous experience with Sales CRM. Ability to Multi-Task. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Self-Motivated and Detail Oriented, Experience with sales software. Experience in the Financial Industry.
Main Purpose
Support the day to day operation of the sales Americas organization
Essential Functions
- Sales logistics demos, meeting, travel scheduling and coordination
- RFP response, coordination, packaging, and delivery
- SalesForce.com Sales CRM Administrator
- Collection and collation of sales forecasts
- Collection and collation of client statistics, references, etc.
- Coordination between sales and other departments (implementation/client relations/product)
- Preparation of estimated implementation resource requirements
- Miscellaneous tasks as required
