Quality Assurance File Auditor I

In addition to the mandatory requirements described for Adjuster III, Quality Assurance File Auditor I must meet all of the following qualifications: Minimum of eight (8) years’ multi-peril property loss adjusting experience; Three (3) of the eight (8) years must include field adjusting experience; Minimum of two (2) years’ cumulative experience in quality assurance audits or onsite audit; Ability to complete file audits for compliance with IRG’ procedures, best claims practices & estimating guidelines and other applicable IRG’ standards; Ability to schedule appointments for onsite audits as necessary; Ability to review and reconcile claim estimates; Ability to document trends and training issues as needed and communicate action plans for adjusters with deficiencies; Ability to assist in resolving customer complaints; Possess comprehensive knowledge of estimating programs for evaluating and determining scope and repair costs; Possess a wide range of experience across various classes of business and types of risk including, but not limited to, residential and non- residential condominium associations, apartments or other commercial exposures, and sinkhole claims; and, Ability to articulate audit findings to various audiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrated Responders Group
