Senior Caregiver - Morning Schedule - McKinney McKinney, TX | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | $14.00/Hour Harmony At Home Senior Care has an opening for a dependable caregiver to assist a client in the McKinney area three mornings per week. The regular schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM , providing approximately 12 scheduled hours per week . This opening can work well for someone seeking a consistent morning caregiving schedule or for a caregiver who wants to combine several client assignments to build additional weekly hours. Regular Client Hours The caregiver selected for this assignment will be scheduled: Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Area: McKinney, TX Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour Weekly Schedule: Approximately 12 hours Consistent availability for all three scheduled days is preferred. More Hours Available Upon Request This position does not have to be limited to 12 hours per week. Harmony At Home Senior Care has multiple clients with different care schedules, and additional schedules and hours with other clients are available upon request . Additional assignments vary based on client needs, location, schedule, caregiver qualifications, and availability. Pick Up Urgent Shifts for Increased Rates In addition to regular client assignments, our agency frequently needs caregivers who are available to help cover urgent or difficult-to-fill shifts. Qualifying urgent coverage shifts are frequently offered at increased rates ranging from $16.00–$20.00 per hour. These increased rates are offered for specific shifts based on current staffing needs. They are not guaranteed for all hours and do not change the regular $14.00 per hour rate for this McKinney assignment. Your Role as a Caregiver The goal of our caregivers is to help clients safely maintain their routines and independence in their own homes. Services are provided according to each client's individual plan of care. Your assigned responsibilities may include: Companionship and supervision Assistance with personal care Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Mobility and transfer support Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping related to the client's needs Assistance with approved errands or transportation Supporting a safe and comfortable home environment Observing and reporting changes or concerns Completing required documentation for each visit Specific duties will depend on the client's established care plan. What We're Looking For We are seeking a caregiver who takes reliability seriously and can provide consistent care on the client's established schedule. Applicants should: Be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Have reliable transportation to the McKinney area Have a valid driver's license Maintain dependable and punctual attendance Be comfortable working independently in a client's home Communicate professionally and respectfully Follow client care plans and agency policies Complete required onboarding and training Previous caregiving experience is preferred. Experience may include work as a senior caregiver, personal care attendant, PCA, HHA, CNA, home care aide, assisted living caregiver, memory care caregiver, or a similar caregiving position. Relevant personal caregiving experience may also be considered.
