As a Behavioral Mental Health Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey toward better mental health. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a behavioral or mental health setting.
• A strong understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
