Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI agents, generative AI applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.

The candidate should have strong Python development skills and practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI assistants and agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build agentic workflows and multi-agent solutions using Python, APIs, and SDKs.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including data ingestion, vector search, prompt engineering, and knowledge grounding.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, and business applications.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and automation workflows.
• Work with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support LLMOps practices.
• Apply AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, and governance standards.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related technical fields.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Practical experience building AI agents using both Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI or Azure OpenAI SDKs.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification.
• Experience with computer vision tools such as Azure AI Vision, Azure AI Video Indexer, or OpenCV.
• Experience with AutoGen or other multi-agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLMOps and production AI lifecycle management.
• Experience in retail technology, store operations, supply chain, or customer experience.
