We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to project leads.
• Help organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including files, contracts, and reports.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
