Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Manage and resolve user support requests through a ticketing system. Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to enhance IT infrastructure and processes. Maintain documentation of IT procedures, standards, and configurations. Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and software. Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
