Are you a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team and help support the assembly and production process.
Position Summary
As a Production Associate, you will work as part of a team responsible for assembling products and components while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through various tasks within the production process.
- Assemble products and components according to specifications.
- Determine and follow work assignments and procedures.
- Assist in the production of wiring assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by shoveling, sweeping, and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Operate equipment and machinery, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, as authorized.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Entry-level to 2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
