Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Part time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with athletes and active populations in a dynamic sports performance setting, with potential to transition into a full-time role as clinic growth continues.

This therapist will provide coverage between our two clinic locations in Clay County and will work closely with active adults, fitness enthusiasts, and athletes of all levels. They will also be treating workers compensation patients both with high need for functional exercise.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, growth-minded, fitness-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. We are especially interested in physical therapists who personally participate in running, biking/cycling, golf, strength training, CrossFit, or other active lifestyle communities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on return to sport and functional performance
• Provide high-quality patient care
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and exercise prescription
• Collaborate with coaches, trainers, physicians, and other healthcare providers when appropriate
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong interest in sports rehabilitation and performance
• Fitness-oriented lifestyle preferred
• Running, cycling/biking, or golf background strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with athletes, strength and conditioning, or sports performance preferred
• New graduates with strong sports/performance backgrounds are encouraged to apply
