Therapist

Program / Department: CDC Behavioral Health Position: Therapist Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary Provide diagnostic assessments and individual counseling/psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of clients with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance abuse. Submit necessary documentation in a timely manner; meet service delivery targets. Follow-up on treatment plans with clients and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Participate in training to strengthen effective delivery of services to individuals, families, and groups and maintain licensure. Attend division and therapist meetings. Participate in peer review and submit reviews in a timely manner. Participate in division and/or agency team, committees, task force or projects as designated. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Be knowledgeable of and follow division and agency policies and procedures. Follow code of ethics appropriate for licensure and/or certification. Assume other duties as assigned. Flexible scheduling for many roles Qualifications Master's degree in mental health related field. Dependent Ohio license in either social work or counseling. Preferred: Independent Ohio license in either social work or counseling.
