A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established, patient-centered private dental practice in Reston, Virginia to identify an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join their growing team. This modern PPO practice has proudly served the community for over 25 years and is known for providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The practice offers advanced technology, a strong clinical team, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience. Practice highlights include: established private practice, 2 providers, 6 operatories, PPO practice, Dentrix Practice Management Software, Dexis Digital Radiography, iTero Scanner, team-oriented culture, modern technology and clinical systems.

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM

Compensation: $60$70 per hour DOE

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Requirements include: active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist License, current CPR certification, strong periodontal assessment and patient education skills, ability to take digital radiographs, knowledge of preventive and therapeutic hygiene procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with strong clinical documentation skills, experience with Dentrix preferred, ability to work independently while collaborating with the dental team, commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
