We are searching for a talented RN *$5,000 New Hire Sign On with 2+ years of RN Ambulatory Surgery experience. Rehires Termed greater than 1 year are eligible*

Hours: 32 flex 40hrs

Shift: Flexible shifts & hours; 6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Location: Faunce Corner Ambulatory Surgery Center Dartmouth, MA

Responsibilities

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

The Surgery Center is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Operating Room Nurse to join our team. We are a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center providing care in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, GU, and Endoscopy procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and surgical skills and be proficient in all specialties performed with the center. The candidate must be able to function effectively in both the circulating and scrub roles across all specialties listed above. Experience in Pre-Admission (PAT) and Pre-op departments is preferred and highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a flexible team player who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting efficient surgical operations in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Three (3) months experience is preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Ambulatory Surgery/Periop or Critical Care Experience Preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 /Hr.
