Britton Industries, a leader in the production of landscape products throughout the Northeastern United States, is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team at our Morrisville, Pennsylvania location.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment according to established schedules, customer requests, and operational needs.
• Communicate with employees and emergency personnel using telephones, two-way radios, and text messaging.
• Work directly with supervisors and customers to resolve service issues, equipment requests, and delivery concerns.
• Process delivery tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare daily schedules and other operational documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, personnel, and dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and clerical abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Capability to remain calm under pressure and help others navigate rapidly changing situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to relay information quickly and accurately.
