About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Metal Fabricator / Painter workers for a manufacturing company in Fairmont, MN. In this role, youll support the fabrication and finishing of HVAC components used in on-road and off-road vehicles. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating tools and equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers steady hours and weekly pay.

What Youll Do as a Metal Fabricator:

• Fabricate and prepare metal parts and components for assembly
• Paint and finish metal products according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret basic drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and minimize rework
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Need to Bring to the Metal Fabricator Role:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing, fabrication, or painting experience preferred but not required training provided
