Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU / Newborn Nursery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Shift Times: 0600–1830 / 1800–0630

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates in a Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN) setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of newborns requiring specialized care
• Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and Neonatology staff available 24/7
• Support a unit managing approximately 800 births per year across 8 Level II SCN beds
• Administer treatments and interventions in accordance with neonatal care protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
• NICU Level II experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of SCN or NICU nursing experience
• Familiarity with Level II Special Care Nursery workflows and patient populations
