Infrastructure Engineer

We are sourcing an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to work at our client's location in Durham, NC.
Shift: Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur, 12:30 PM-9:30 PM ET.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on server and infrastructure operations.
- Strong Windows Administration experience is required.
- Role is approximately 80% Windows Administration / 20% Observability .
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, server, and performance issues .
- Experience with VMware and/or Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) .
- Experience with patching, security compliance, incident management, and change execution.
- Experience supporting enterprise server and storage infrastructure.
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS/CAS storage is a plus.
- Strong experience with automation, scripting, monitoring, and observability .
- Experience supporting critical production environments and participating in incident calls.
- Understanding of DevOps/EngOps and IT Service Management practices.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
- Linux experience is a plus but not required .
- Candidates must be able to work the required evening/weekend shift schedule.
