The Hotel Hershey, located in Hershey, PA, seeks a Full-Time culinary team member to cover three dining venues (The Circular Dining Room, Trevi 5, and Harvest) in the absence of the assigned Sous Chef. You will ensure menu, recipe, and ingredient knowledge, uphold high standards of food quality and presentation, and help manage daily kitchen operations. You will lead and train the culinary staff, coordinate ordering, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
