Right Now Air is a locally owned HVAC service and replacement company based in Las Vegas, serving the whole valley (Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Boulder City, and everywhere in between). We've been at it for over 35 years. We're not a private-equity rollup and we're not a revolving door. What You'll Get

• $25-$38/hr depending on experience
• Medical, dental, and life insurance (100% paid by the company, not "we cover half")
• $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days)

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
• System replacements and installs
• Explaining issues to customers in plain language (we educate, we don't pressure-sell)
• Keeping your work clean and your quotes honest (what we quote is what we charge)

Who We're Looking For

You take pride in your work. You show up on time, treat customers like family, and don't cut corners when nobody's watching.

Beyond that:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Your own hand tools, meters, and gauges (we cover the big-ticket equipment)
• Able to pass a national background check and drug screen
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Willing to keep learning (we invest in training, so bring the attitude)
