Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine treatment needs, utilizing various diagnostic tests and evaluation tools to identify levels of impairment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, physician recommendations, and specific treatment goals, adapting plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Administer physical therapy services effectively, employing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like heat, light, and sound as appropriate for different conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, self-care strategies, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure continuity in treatment strategies, including consultations and recommendations for adaptive equipment.
• Train and oversee non-professional staff in the execution of therapeutic exercises and patient care protocols to enhance the overall service delivered to patients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, our benefits package includes:
