Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting. Ensure patient safety and comfort through expert clinical skills and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in Georgia or a Compact state.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Possess strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Be able to work night shifts (3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
• Complete core onboarding requirements within 48 hours of contract signing.
