About the Role TheMarket Development Executive (MDE)is a senior,client‑facingsales leader responsible for driving growth of Insight’sAnalytics and Cloud-powered solutionsacross enterprise and strategic accounts. This role combinesdeep solutionexpertise,executive-level relationship building, andfull-cycle enterprise sales leadership. You will partner closely with Analytics Services Leadership, delivery teams, and strategic partners to define and execute growth strategies for both new and existing clients, positioning Insight as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. WhatYou’llDo As a Market Development Executive, you will: Own and driveenterprise sales strategyfor analytics and cloud solutions, delivering against annual revenue and bookings targets Build and deepenC-level and executive relationships, influencinglong‑termtechnology and business decisions Lead complex,multi‑yearsales cycles—frominitialengagement through negotiation and close Define and executeaccount growth strategiesin partnership with Services Delivery and technical specialists Identify, shape, and develop new opportunities across analytics, data, AI, and cloud services Develop compelling,value‑basedproposals and executive presentations tailored to client outcomes Run and manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders, opportunities, and buying centers Maintain strong forecast accuracy and provide regular pipeline, revenue, and progress updates to leadership Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies Collaboratecross‑functionallyto ensure successful delivery, adoption, andlong‑termcustomer satisfaction WhatWe’reLooking For Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience 10+ years ofquota‑carryingenterprise sales experience, ideally in analytics, cloud, or technology services Proventrack recordofmeeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets Experience sellingprofessional and/or managed servicesin complex, consultative sales environments Demonstrated success engaging senior executive andC‑suitestakeholders Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement, legal, and contract negotiations Ability to partner effectively with technical teams to define solutions, build business cases, and drive adoption Excellent communication, executive presence, andrelationship‑buildingskills Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative team environment Willingness to travel approximately25%to customer sites, events, and partner engagements Insight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.
