Sr. Business AnalystSenior Business Systems Analyst with Life sciences experience, previously working on Web-Based development, integration wrt to TIBCO and hands-on creating JOR stories, epic and functional design for complex systems like CRM or Web-based Tools / Product development.Ability to understand complex systems with multiple integrations and create product specifications, technical, functional requirements, user guides, support procedures, IT operations, User stories (in Jira).Jira Tool: Defining Stories working on Features, & Epics for multiple Projects/ product requirements; worked with RTMs for delivery of the features for different releases and timelines as per Sprint.
