Our programs help over 6,000 schools each year raise funds for education and create engaging, active experiences for elementary and middle school students nationwide. Program Leader Role The full‑time Program Leader is in charge of leading our Booster programs on school campuses. You’ll lead a team with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students. Responsibilities Program Leadership – responsible for day‑to‑day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience. Event Management – lead high‑energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics. Team Leadership – guide your campus team to create remarkable experiences for schools through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration. Student Engagement – creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students. Client Care – build trust with our clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. Qualifications Excellent communication (written and verbal). Positive attitude and optimism in interactions with clients, staff, and students. Growth mindset with a continual desire to learn and grow professionally. Good judgment, self‑awareness, and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented with strong work ethic and timely execution. Enthusiastic in engaging with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s background and motor vehicle check. Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $34,000–$38,000, non‑exempt. Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental coverage; paid time off: 10 days + all major holidays + a 2‑week December break; cell phone allowance $50 per month; MacBook laptop; Spotify subscription $12 per month; potential moving/recruiting bonuses.
