We are seeking a Job Captain with 6+ years of experience to support and lead projects through all phases of design and construction. What You'll Do Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across all project phases (SD, DD, and CD). Collaborate with project managers, designers, consultants, contractors, and client vendors. Conduct site surveys, code analysis, and accessibility reviews. Develop technical solutions, specifications, and construction details for workplace interiors and renovation projects. Coordinate consultant drawings and resolve design and documentation conflicts. Assist with permitting, RFI responses, submittals, shop drawings, and construction administration activities. Review project documentation for quality, constructability, and code compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design technologies to efficiently deliver high-quality project documentation. What We're Looking For 6+ years of architectural experience, preferably in workplace interiors or commercial projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong AutoCAD skills. Experience producing and coordinating construction documents. Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, code requirements, and project coordination. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to think proactively, identify potential issues, and develop practical solutions. Architectural licensure or certification is preferred but not required. Experience with Procore and construction administration processes is a plus. Why Join This Team?
