Position Overview

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed; using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options; and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
