Benefits/Perks: Flexible Scheduling - 5 days a week - define your schedule working ~ 20 hours Competitive Compensation Job Summary: We are looking for a Housekeeper that will also work managing household chores, organizing, and even overseeing other household vendors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning our home, preparing meals, laundry, and errands - shopping, maintaining inventory of household items, be in charge of keeping things running smoothly, ensuring that everything is in order, and may even be more involved in organizing events. You are someone who takes pride in your work, operating with high integrity and efficiency while serving customers. You have an eye for the details and go above & beyond to make an impact on our customers! Responsibilities: Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes Clean all surfaces in the home - every room, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor Clean pet eating areas, trips to groomers, clean litter boxes for our cats and soon to add a dog Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms Vacuum/Mop all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture Making beds and straightening the home Washing dishes - loading and unloading dishwasher and making sure all dishes are clean Laundry of each family member and taking clothes to dry cleaner when needed Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time Define menu and prepare meals by cooking or following recipes as directed Grocery shopping, inventory management of food and household supplies Organize and maintain the pantry, refrigerators and kitchen areas Qualifications: Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour NP Practice NP Practice is a comprehensive general practice providing a wide range of health care services to the community of Phoenix, Arizona, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
