We’re looking for dependable, experienced caregivers in Indianola, IA who are comfortable with personal care, transfers, and dementia support. Available Shifts * Mornings: 8 AM–12/12:30 PM * Afternoons: 12/12:30–5/5:30 PM * Evenings: 5/5:30–10 PM What You’ll Do * Provide respectful personal care and assistance with daily routines * Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques * Use calm cueing and redirection when memory changes or confusion arise * Support independence while stepping in when safety requires it * Follow the care plan and communicate concerns promptly We’d Love to Meet You If You… * Have hands-on personal care and transfer experience * Have experience supporting individuals with dementia or significant memory changes * Are patient, dependable, observant, and safety-minded * Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Pay & Benefits
