Property Manager - Affordable Housing & Leasing Lead

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for the Halls of Brookfield & Weatherby Ridge portfolios in Macon, MO. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, budget adherence, and resident relations to deliver quality housing. The schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. This role requires LIHTC/Section 8 experience, strong Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; real estate compliance and leadership of site staff are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairway Management, Inc.
