This leader ensures that technology infrastructure and support services are secure, dependable, and standardized to meet the demands of evolving field environments. Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and support continuous professional growthManage global IT field services supporting active construction projects, remote jobsites, and regional officesEnsure consistent delivery of on-site and remote IT support, including endpoint devices, networking equipment, connectivity solutions, and collaboration technologiesEstablish and maintain standardized field support processes, service levels, and escalation paths aligned with Global IT operationsSupport temporary and permanent site setups with a focus on uptime, safety, and operational readinessQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3 years of related and/or operational experience, or an equivalent combination7+ years of IT operations or field services experience, preferably in construction, utilities, manufacturing, or project-based environments3+ years of experience leading teams, including geographically distributed or field-based staffExperience supporting remote and temporary sites with limited infrastructureA valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
