Senior National Account Manager – WalmartHillandale Farms is seeking a Senior National Account Manager – Walmart to lead one of the company's largest and most strategically important customer relationships across Walmart and Sam's Club. Based in Northwest Arkansas, this individual will serve as Hillandale's primary commercial leader with Walmart and own the business from day-to-day execution through long-range customer strategy.This is more than a traditional account-management role. The successful candidate will operate with a general-manager mindset, owning revenue, volume, mix, profitability, service, customer relationships and long-term strategic growth.The role requires someone who knows Walmart, understands how to navigate buying, sourcing, replenishment and category teams, and can translate complex market dynamics into clear commercial strategies. The egg category adds another layer of complexity. Commodity markets, feed costs, seasonal demand, production availability and avian influenza can quickly change supply and economics. This role requires the sophistication of a major CPG account leader with the speed, judgment and accountability of a fresh-food operator.For the right leader, this is a high-impact, highly visible role with meaningful autonomy and regular interaction with Hillandale's senior leadership.This role reports to the Director, Strategic Accounts and will have direct and regular exposure to the Chief Commercial Officer and CEO.The Senior National Account Manager – Walmart will work closely with sales, finance, operations, supply chain, marketing, quality, R&D and customer service.Key responsibilities include owning the Walmart and Sam's Club business, building trusted relationships across Walmart buying, sourcing, replenishment and category teams, identifying and executing opportunities to grow Hillandale through new private-label and branded distribution, assortment expansion, innovation and stronger customer partnerships, leading pricing and commercial negotiations, using Retail Link, Walmart Luminate and internal analytics to improve forecasting, in-stock performance, assortment, distribution and customer decision-making, leading Hillandale's commercial response during supply disruptions, market volatility and avian influenza events, ensuring proactive communication and strong customer service, partnering with operations, supply chain and replenishment teams to deliver strong on-time in-full, inventory availability and service performance, leading line reviews, category discussions and strategic business reviews while bringing forward insights that grow Walmart's egg business, managing conventional, cage-free, organic and specialty offerings while helping commercialize Hillandale's emerging branded and innovation portfolio, and serving as the cross-functional leader for Walmart internally, creating clarity, urgency and accountability around major customer priorities.The ideal candidate is a high-energy, high-accountability commercial leader who operates with an owner's mindset and bias for action. They combine strong customer presence and financial discipline with the ability to move quickly, solve problems and influence across functions. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity and market volatility, bring solutions rather than simply identifying problems, and are known for credibility, responsiveness and follow-through.Hillandale views the Senior National Account Manager – Walmart as a critical role within its commercial organization and offers a competitive base salary and annual performance incentive. Travel is expected to be approximately 15–20% for Hillandale operations, leadership meetings, customer engagements and company events.
