Financial IS Systems Manager Cleveland, hybrid – work from home flexibility. Position Summary Do you have at least 7 or more years of experience in accounting or ERP systems? Then the Financial IS Systems Manager position may be what you're looking for! This position is the perfect union of accounting, IS and business administration. Responsibilities Serve as the primary business owner and subject matter expert for the Aderant Expert System. Develop and maintain strategies for business applications, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Manage system security and data integrity by acting as a data steward for the firm's financial data. Oversee the implementation and upgrades of accounting applications, manage project timelines, budgets and resources. Manage financial systems, related user support functions, user training, and work balancing efforts for the Finance Department systems. Maintain the rate tables and billing templates. Oversee annual rate change process and billing system updates. Develop and manage metrics and reporting to identify and enable continuous improvement efforts, aiding in the development of financial reporting solutions. Develop and/or enhance Financial System business administration and support policies, procedures, and provide support documentation. Drive continuous improvement efforts over Aderant system capabilities, identifying best practices and system enhancements. Oversee the automation of Revenue Cycle reporting. Perform other Finance department analytical projects as required. Qualifications The Financial IS Systems Manager will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Systems, bringing 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and progressive responsibility in related roles. This position requires strong project management skills with the proven ability to successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Manager of Financial Systems should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience working with large datasets, and be highly proficient in SQL, Microsoft Office (with advanced Excel skills), and Power BI. Candidates must have Aderant (preferred) or 3E experience in a legal setting. The salary range for this position is $140K to $180K. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
