We are currently seeking a high-caliber Director of Cath Lab to lead the day-to-day clinical, operational, and fiscal management of the department in Great Falls, Montana.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Cath Lab Department in designing, developing, and executing high-quality cardiovascular services. • Ensure strict departmental adherence to federal and state regulations, as well as accrediting body standards. Under laboratory direction, oversee patient specimen testing, quality control, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in direct procedural care as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary managers/directors to advance the broader Cardiovascular Service Line.
  • Assume leadership on specialized clinical projects and serve as a subject matter expert across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program OR Associate of Applied Science in Cardiovascular Technology (AAS-CV). (An equivalent combination of clinical education and experience may be considered in lieu of a CV-specific program).
  • Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
  • Active national registry as a Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Clinical & Leadership Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of continuous clinical experience in a Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP) setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical management or departmental leadership experience preferred.
  • Deep expertise in cardiovascular laboratory standards, specialized clinical equipment manipulation, and emergency troubleshooting.
  • Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds using proper techniques and operate comfortably within a sterile, temperature-controlled environment.

Benefits:

  • Executive base salary range aligned with regional healthcare leadership metrics.
  • Comprehensive Health & Insurance Benefits covering medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
  • Retirement Savings Program with employer matching contributions.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holiday package to encourage a healthy work-life balance.
  • Relocation Assistance Options available for qualified out-of-state candidates.
  • Professional Growth & Continuing Education opportunities to support ongoing leadership development.

Note on Compensation & Hiring Requirements: Final executive base salary and financial packages will be verified and determined by the organization based on your documented years of clinical leadership, specialized registries, and operational scope. All job offers are strictly contingent upon the successful completion of standard pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, drug screening, health/immunization verification, and full credentialing.

Note on Employment Status: The executive benefits package and leadership structures detailed above are explicitly offered for full-time positions. Eligible benefits may vary or be prorated for alternative employment arrangements.
