Job Description

Title: Nurse Practitioner – Orthopedic Pain Management (Flexible PT)

About the Role Freeman Orthopedics & Pain Center is an expanding Orthopedic Pain Practice seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. We operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment, offering cutting-edge solutions for chronic and acute pain. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture and provide training and support that is second to none. You will be rounding in skilled Nursing Facilities in your desired area.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and screenings.
Diagnose complex health issues and develop multi-modal treatment plans

Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment notes.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey (Required).
Credentials: Valid DEA license for controlled substances.
Compliance: Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Bonus: Previous experience working or rounding in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) is a major plus.
