Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse or production facility. This role supports efficient operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and cleanliness standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.) safely and efficientlyPrepare and stage loading pallets and equipmentLoad, unload, move, stack, and organize materials and productsTransport goods to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping docksInspect forklift equipment daily and report mechanical issues or safety concernsAccurately follow inventory control procedures, including scanning and paperworkAssist with shipping and receiving activities as neededMaintain clean and organized work areasFollow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policiesCommunicate with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and issuesSupport general warehouse duties during downtimeRequirementsValid forklift certification or ability to obtain certificationProven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environmentKnowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practicesAbility to read work orders, labels, and basic documentationStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, and pull materials (often up to 50 lbs)Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and climbing in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in varying temperatures (depending on facility)Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with inventory systems or warehouse management software (WMS)Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environmentsKnowledge of pallet racking systems and load limitsHours: Monday - Friday (10 am - 6 pm)Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
