Title: Clinical Therapist,Pre‑Licensed or Full Licensed Reportsto: Executive Director Department/Location: Onsite FLSA Status: Exempt Description: This is a full‑time, on‑site role (40 hours per week) based at ourAndoverclinic in MA. The standardschedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. This position primarily works with theAdolescents PHP/IOP population,though willrequire some flexibility to cover for Adults depending on coverage needs and census. Seeking associate licensed therapists with 1 year of experience postgraduate or independently licensed therapists in the state of MA(LMHC/LMHC Eligible, LCSW or LICSW). Fully licensed Therapist highly preferred. Role Summary: The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high‑quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions. Guidelight is committed to the professional growth and development of therapists and provides free clinical supervision hours to support clinicians in working toward licensure. Role Responsibilities/Competencies: Conduct psychologicalandbiopsychosocialassessments and evaluations todetermineclients’ needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy. Monitor and document clients’ progress and adjust treatment plansto create a cohesive case conceptualization. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensiveand continuity of care. Completes suicide risk assessment within identifiedtime framesand withappropriate thoroughnessand scoringwhile consulting with clinical leaders. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviewsdetermininglength of stay and level of care. Assess andidentifycommunity resources based onclientsneeds during treatment/ aftercare planning. Adhere to all standardized Group Curriculum and Treatment Planning. Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issueswhile building supportive and trusting relationships Comes preparedtoweekly clinical supervision with relevant client updates, case formulations, and questions to support high‑quality care. Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws. Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health. Identify with Guidelight Health’s Mission,Visionand Values Required Qualifications: A master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Valid state licensure in the state of MA (LMHC/LMHC Eligible, LCSW or LICSW) If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate‑level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state‑specific supervisory requirements. Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
