Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing loan documents to ensure a smooth and accurate closing process. This role ensures all documentation complies with regulatory standards and company policies before disbursement. Responsibilities:
- Review approved loan applications and verify all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Prepare closing packages and coordinate with lenders, title companies, and borrowers.
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations, internal guidelines, and closing timelines.
- Confirm funding conditions are met and facilitate timely disbursement of funds.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan systems with closing status.
- Communicate with all parties involved to resolve issues and ensure a smooth closing process.
- Experience in loan processing, underwriting, or closing.
- Familiarity with mortgage or commercial loan documentation and closing procedures.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance such as RESPA, TILA, or TRID.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office.
