Overview Marketech International Corp. (MIC) está buscando un Supervisor de Mantenimiento de Sistemas Químicos para supervisar las actividades de mantenimiento del proyecto TSMC en Phoenix, Arizona. El supervisor gestionará las operaciones de campo, las prioridades de mantenimiento, los requisitos de seguridad y coordinará con varios interesados para garantizar un rendimiento seguro y eficiente de los sistemas químicos. Responsibilities Planificación de Mantenimiento y Supervisión Operativa: supervisar la operación, inspección, mantenimiento, reparación y solución de problemas de los sistemas de distribución de productos químicos semiconductores y equipos de soporte de procesos. Soportar actividades de construcción, instalación de herramientas, expansión de instalaciones, cierre, modificación de sistemas y actividades de preparación operacional. Dirigir las actividades de solución de problemas y recuperación que involucren sistemas químicos, equipos mecánicos, componentes eléctricos, instrumentación, controles, alarmas y sistemas de soporte de procesos. Hacer cumplir el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de manejo de productos químicos, procedimientos operativos estándar, requisitos de bloqueo/etiquetado, requisitos de EPP, protocolos de sala limpia y reglas de seguridad específicas del sitio. Supervisar el personal y la finalización del trabajo, mantener registros organizados, comunicarse con los interesados, participar en reuniones, proporcionar actualizaciones de progreso, apoyar auditorías e identificar oportunidades para mejoras de procesos. Apoyar la entrega de productos químicos a granel, la distribución de productos químicos de alta pureza, gases especiales, tratamiento de agua, sistemas farmacéuticos o relacionados con procesos; gestionar actividades de arranque de equipos, puesta en marcha, calificación, cierre y traspaso. Responder a preocupaciones operativas urgentes y apoyar turnos, fines de semana, horas extras, cierre o emergencias según las necesidades del proyecto y del cliente. Requirements Experiencia en supervisión de equipos de mantenimiento y operaciones en entornos de fábrica de semiconductores o instalaciones de alta tecnología. Conocimiento de sistemas de distribución de productos químicos, gases especiales, tratamiento de agua y procesos asociados. Capacidad para gestionar actividades de arranque, puesta en marcha, calificación, cierre y traspaso de equipos. Compromiso con seguridad y cumplimiento de procedimientos de manejo de químicos, EPP, bloqueo/etiquetado y protocolos de sala limpia.
