QED is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead our Colorado Springs operations.

What You'll Do:

Drive Growth

• Lead sales strategy and branch performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and community partners.
• Identify market opportunities and drive new business development.
• Leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to grow market share .

Lead the Business

• Own branch P&L performance and operational results.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, safety, and asset control.
• Implement process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Develop People

• Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Support employee development through training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Champion QED's commitment to safety and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

• Electrical distribution industry experience; strongly preferred.
• Branch, Sales, Operation, or similar leadership experience is needed to be successful.
• Knowledge of electrical products and marketplace dynamics.
• Successful sales growth and developing customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, relationshp building,and decision-making skills.
• A passion for building teams, serving customers, and delivering results.
