A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a high-performing USA - Program Manager for a 3-month contract role. In this remote position, you will drive cross-functional program effectiveness, oversee complex medical strategies, and manage business-critical projects supporting the US Oncology Business Unit.

responsibilities:

• Lead project execution, prioritization, budget planning, and KPI monitoring for medical affairs oncology programs.
• Support annual strategic medical planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
• Perform proactive risk management, issue escalation, and change management across fast-paced matrix teams.
• Facilitate key leadership meetings, maintain action items, and manage program communications across SharePoint and Teams sites.
• Drive operational excellence and standardize project management best practices across therapeutic areas.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years (or HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years) of healthcare cross-functional project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the biotech/pharma industry in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong risk management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Background/experience in Oncology and Finance.
• Proven success influencing outcomes within global matrix teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Availability to work EST hours and travel up to 20% domestically.
