Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: 40 hours a week, primarily Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and treatment as per established clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations and standards.
