I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. I've been with State Farm for eight years and have enjoyed building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Before my insurance career, I taught skiing, which helped shape my passion for coaching, communication, and helping others succeed. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Beau Blessing - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
