This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working in a flexible remote environment. Through virtual Zoom consultations, you'll help support families while developing valuable communication, leadership, and client service skills.
What You'll Do
Connect with Clients Virtually

Meet with clients through phone and Zoom consultations to better understand their needs and provide professional support.
Present & Explain Benefit Options

Educate clients on available coverage options clearly, professionally, and confidently.
Build Long-Term Relationships

Develop trust and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
Work Independently in a Remote Environment

Manage your schedule, appointments, and workflow while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
Continue Learning & Growing

Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.
Suggested Qualifications

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Zoom and virtual tools
• Reliable work ethic and self-discipline
• Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. Full training and mentorship are provided.
