Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

Leading a team of QA engineers in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Principal Quality Assurance Engineer will define and implement the quality strategy for labor management scheduling, focusing on both manual and automated testing to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team in developing and executing test plans, strategies, and automated tests across various layers Define quality standards and best practices, ensuring comprehensive system coverage and alignment with business goals Manage test assets and workflows using Azure DevOps, facilitating defect management and quality metrics tracking Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance within a Windows environment 2+ years of experience using Jira, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps for task and defect management 4+ years of experience creating automation test plans with modern automation tools and frameworks 2+ years of experience leading quality assurance teams and implementing manual and automated testing strategies
