The Job at a Glance As a Fulfillment Center Team Lead at our, 1 0 0k square foot, state-of-the-art f acility you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. In this role, you will support the daily operations of a designated area within the fulfillment center by guiding associates, coordinating tasks, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. T he Team Lead plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and fostering a positive team environment. A Typical Day Assist the Supervisor in executing daily operational plans and meeting performance targets. Provide direction and support to warehouse associates during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Monitor workstations and processes to identify bottlenecks or issues and escape to the Supervisor as needed. Support training and onboarding of new associates, reinforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Promote a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and reporting hazards. Perform quality checks and assist with resolving minor inventory or order discrepancies. Communicate shift updates, changes, and expectations clearly to team members. Track attendance and performance concerns and report them to the Supervisor for follow-up. Act as a liaison between associates and leadership to maintain morale and address concerns. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance operational efficiency. To Land This Opportunity You have 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment. You have d emonstrated leadership ability or prior experience in a lead or mentor role. You have b asic proficiency with warehouse systems and tools ( e.g., RF scanners, WMS). You are reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed. You take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done right. You have s rong communication &interpersonal skills , proficient in English (verbal & written). You have experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker. You are able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. You are comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
