Role Overview: We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Colorado Springs clinic. In this role, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Position Details:

• Part-Time or Full-Time: In-Person
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends)
• 4 / 10 hour day shifts (3 in Colorado Springs, 1 in Castle Rock)
• Compensation: $60,000 - $104,000 per year
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000 for Full-time, $5,000 for Part-time

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing a range of delays and disorders
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each individual
• Deliver therapy services to clients with care and attention
• Work together with fellow therapy team members to provide seamless care
• Keep detailed and current records of client progress

Requirements

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered

• Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
