Are you passionate about customer service and interested in starting or advancing your career in dental administration? Harbor Dentistry is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Office Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates with less than one year of experience to grow within a supportive and professional dental office.

Dental receptionist / admin

Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Schedule and confirm dental appointments via phone and in person
Answer patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services and policies
Maintain and update patient records and files with attention to detail
Coordinate insurance verification and assist with billing inquiries
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Handle multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment

full-time $20 - $25 per hour

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)

Entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of office experience are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude

Previous experience in customer service or dental office preferred but not required
