SNELLING STAFFING HAS AN OPENING FOR A SKILLED ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY & REPAIR TECHNICIAN AT OUR CLIENT LOCATED IN ROYAL OAK. CONTRACT TO HIRE $20.00 - $23.00/HOUR
Key Responsibilities:
Build cable assemblies by crimping or soldering connector pins or sockets to appropriately colored wires and completing final assembly.
Construct shunt assemblies by soldering wires to the shunt blade, installing brackets, and calibrating the assembly.
Repair electronic Allamand solar arrow board controllers.
Assist with modifications of analog and digital electrical/electronic meters.
Support the repair and calibration of electrical/electronic test equipment.
Qualifications:
Experience with lead free and traditional soldering, crimping, and electronic assembly techniques.
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
Ability to read schematics and follow assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with calibration and repair of electronic equipment.
