Underwriting Associate - P&C Insurance Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid/Onsite) A national property & casualty insurance organization is seeking an Underwriting Associate to support a growing underwriting team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial insurance underwriting while gaining exposure to a broad portfolio of accounts. Key Responsibilities Support underwriters with day-to-day account management and policy administration Assist with new business submissions, renewals, endorsements, and policy issuance Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Prepare underwriting files, schedules, and internal reports Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing Maintain accurate records within underwriting systems and databases Provide general administrative and analytical support to the underwriting team Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a related role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and underwriting systems Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What’s Offered Exposure to a national underwriting platform Training and development within commercial P&C insurance Career growth opportunities within underwriting Competitive compensation and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
