Position Overview The Radiology Manager oversees daily operations of imaging services across all modalities, ensuring efficient equipment use and quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate imaging department activities and staff management Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards Supervise radiologic technologists and support personnel Maintain equipment and operational workflows Provide excellent patient care and support department goals Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program Valid Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist license and relevant national certifications Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in radiology Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Preferred: health-related degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) Key Attributes Strong leadership and organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered care Ability to operate imaging equipment and manage department operations effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
