Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Description We’re building ‘the’ Teaching Hospital for pediatric therapy—a specialized ABA center focused on delivering high‑quality services, developing clinicians, and building payer trust. No travel or weekend work required. Competitive Pay Salary based on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by the Clinical Director. Achieve an average of 25 billable hours per week and meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment. Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings. Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training sessions (minimum one per client per month). Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity. Oversee programming in both center‑based and community settings. Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients. Update progress reports for assigned clients. Oversee and monitor ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments. Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians, including RBT supervision hours. Keep up to date on current research and best practices. Model and fill in for therapy as needed. Promote the center within the community. Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments as required. Provide BACB student supervision and, when needed, interim care for potential clients. Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines. Basic & Essential Functions Lift and carry clients weighing at least 30 lbs. Restrain, hold, transport, and use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan. Assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending) for extended periods. Walk and run to chase clients, maintaining a three‑foot distance at all times. Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods. Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing. Perform manual dexterity tasks for data collection and electronic file entry. Read and comprehend written communication on computers, electronic devices, and paper. Maintain prolonged computer use while sitting at a desk or on the floor. Assemble, clean, and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture. Administer medication to clients. Job Requirements BCBA or BCBA‑D certification. Licensure in applicable states (where required). Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers. Excellent time‑management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Detail oriented, flexible, and adaptable to meet team needs across the organization. Professional conduct and integrity. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a primarily macOS environment. Rapidly learn organizational technology platforms, including CentralReach and Tableau.
